Now more than ever we need to realize that we are all connected by the same energy. Just some of us are out where the waves are and some are on the shoreline with the little bubbles.
You don’t drown by falling into the River……you drown by staying submerged! I heard this line over the weekend in a movie and it really hit home. Are you drowning right now? And if so, can you get above water? Don’t let your current circumstances dictate your life. You always have choice.

Although for many it’s a great time to learn, enjoy free content and connect virtually….that doesn’t mean you have to do it all! You can easily overwhelm yourself during this time of isolation as well. Make a plan of what’s important to you, focus on that.
Now is not the time to let all your goods habits circle down the drain. It’s time to decide the person you want to be, and implement or support your good habits or create some new ones!
If you are looking for a time when you have enough time to get healthier, now is the time! With all the physical distancing in place to flatten the curve of this Pandemic give yourself the best health possible for now and for the rest of your life.
Despite all that is going on in the world today, and in your own backyard, remember to be the person you want to be. Stay safe, help others if you can, build your business plan, learn something new or REST! Whatever it is….do it or keep doing it.
