There is Comfort in the Black and White of things

Standing firm on a belief whether it’s right or wrong or you have all the facts or not is a heck of a lot easier than opening yourself up to new information. Then you have to be uncomfortable, admit you don’t know what you don’t know, make new choices and understand that everyone doesn’t have to agree.

Now more than ever we need to realize that we are all connected by the same energy. Just some of us are out where the waves are and some are on the shoreline with the little bubbles.

Showing Grace|Covid19|Forgiveness

It’s always easier to live in Black and White. I was raised that way but life is a myriad of grey scale and of course colour. During this time, it is important to show grace towards our Leaders, ourselves and each other. There is even room for a lot of forgiveness. It’s a lesson I am continuously learning.

You don’t have to do everthing!

Although for many it’s a great time to learn, enjoy free content and connect virtually….that doesn’t mean you have to do it all! You can easily overwhelm yourself during this time of isolation as well. Make a plan of what’s important to you, focus on that.

Daily Habits

Now is not the time to let all your goods habits circle down the drain. It’s time to decide the person you want to be, and implement or support your good habits or create some new ones!
