Showing Grace|Covid19|Forgiveness

It’s always easier to live in Black and White. I was raised that way but life is a myriad of grey scale and of course colour. During this time, it is important to show grace towards our Leaders, ourselves and each other. There is even room for a lot of forgiveness. It’s a lesson I am continuously learning.

Be Concerned NOT Consumed

Wee bit of a rant today……so I apologize in advance. Our Brain is thousands of years old and designed to keep us safe. But don’t assume everything you see is a Mammoth.

You don’t have to do everthing!

Although for many it’s a great time to learn, enjoy free content and connect virtually….that doesn’t mean you have to do it all! You can easily overwhelm yourself during this time of isolation as well. Make a plan of what’s important to you, focus on that.

Daily Habits

Now is not the time to let all your goods habits circle down the drain. It’s time to decide the person you want to be, and implement or support your good habits or create some new ones!

Stay Healthy or Get Healthy, NOW!

If you are looking for a time when you have enough time to get healthier, now is the time! With all the physical distancing in place to flatten the curve of this Pandemic give yourself the best health possible for now and for the rest of your life.

COVID Inspiration

Despite all that is going on in the world today, and in your own backyard, remember to be the person you want to be. Stay safe, help others if you can, build your business plan, learn something new or REST! Whatever it is….do it or keep doing it.

High Performance Blueprint

I had the utmost pleasure in having The High Performance Dad on the show today. Jeff is a Coach that works with a specific blueprint to address people’s mindset, their habits, their goals and now that he is a Father…..he can totally relate to Dad’s out there that are feeling the ‘crunch’ of trying look after their families and still maintain balance in their lives. Good news only please!

I just want to love a little more on everyone. It’s going to be OK…things are bad, they’ll probably get worse, but you will come out the other side of this and I want it to be with a better attitude and more learning to carry you forward when things are good again.
